Finding the Tipsy Duck Parlor
The Tipsy Duck Parlor is located at 58 Hypolita Street, inside Bath Junkie. Tucked away from the main tourist path of St. George Street, you’ll find a side entrance to this playful cocktail lounge that feels like a secret waiting to be discovered.
Once inside, guests are greeted by a fun and lighthearted environment that immediately sets it apart from traditional bars. Whether you’re taking a break from sightseeing or looking for a unique evening destination, The Tipsy Duck offers a memorable escape.
The Duck-Themed Experience
As the name suggests, ducks are everywhere. From the décor to the drinks, the playful theme is woven throughout the entire experience. Bright colors, whimsical decorations, and rubber duck accents create a cheerful atmosphere that encourages visitors to relax and have fun.
Even the seats at the bar are shaped like duck bottoms! And I highly suggest you try to get a seat at the bar. We found it to be quite a challenge trying to bring the very fancy drinks to our table without spilling them or popping the bubbles on top.

They offer regular beer and wine, but the real stars of the show are the cocktails, which are all wine-based. The Tipsy Duck Parlor is known for serving imaginative drinks that are as visually appealing as they are delicious. We chose one with a “scent bubble” that you pop, and smoke comes out, along with a scent. We also got one fizzing drink with dry ice and one that came in a bathtub!
I didn’t manage to get a picture before my scent bubble popped, but it was really neat and had a nice smell. The bathtub drink we got was delicious, and enough to share.
And yes, you do get to take the bathtub home!

It was pretty busy when we got there, but we still managed to get a table. People are mostly just stopping in for a little break from exploring, so even if it is crowded, spots usually open up quickly.
Its location in downtown St. Augustine also makes it easy to include in a larger day of exploring. Visitors can enjoy nearby shops, restaurants, museums, and attractions before stopping in for a refreshing cocktail.
