It’s always exciting to spot a Bald Eagle in our neighborhood! They’re just so big and regal looking, like you just want to shout “‘Merica!” every time you see one.
I’ve never spotted one so close to the house before. I tried to get a good video, but I also didn’t want to get too close, so this is what I got:

Binoculars or a spotting scope can enhance the experience, allowing for closer observation without disturbing the birds.
I’ve spotted them while driving down Plaza Rd., near Jack Russell Park, and in the trees of our Selva Marina neighborhood.
